Our light fruity extra virgin olive oil is obtained from the Ogliarola and Coratina cultivars. Its color is green with yellow reflections. Its smell is light olive enriched by light aromas - scents - of herbs, flowers and green tomato. The flavor is sweet, with discrete bitter-spicy sensations, completed by a pleasant sensation of fresh almond. The light fruitiness accompanies the sea and its fish, light sauces and is excellent in pastry.
Cold pressing takes place a few hours after the harvest, which takes place in company-owned olive groves, between October and December.
