Shipping
Delivery times and schedules: Orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt and delivered within 24 ⁄ 48 hours from shipment via GLS or DHL couriers, 72 hours for the islands. Deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. They are therefore made on the next working day.
Payment methods and shipping: If you have used the automatic payment system via Credit Card, PayPal or Digital Ticket Restaurant – Edenred we will proceed within the times described to pack and ship your order. If you have chosen to pay for your products by bank transfer, we will wait for the credit to our current account, while we prepare the shipment.
Free shipping: for orders equal to or greater than 59.00 Euro, shipping costs in Italy are free. For abroad, shipping costs are summarized in the cart. Where do we ship?: we ship throughout Italy, including the islands, but also to Germany, France, Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, Holland.
Digital Restaurant Tickets
Which Tickets do we accept?: We only accept Digital Ticket Restaurant meal vouchers signed by EDENRED, Pluxee (ex Sodexo) and Pellegrini Pay.
Terms of use and important information : the use of Digital Restaurant Tickets – EDENRED is limited to 8 per single order. That is, it is not possible to use more than 8 Tickets per order. If you want to use more, we recommend dividing the purchase into multiple orders. In this case, we also recommend creating an account on our e-commerce site so as not to have to fill in the fields relating to invoicing and shipping multiple times. When you confirm the order, the Tickets used are automatically blocked and collected when we process the order. In the event that the order is not processed – that is, you do not receive an order confirmation and shipping confirmation – and the Tickets are still blocked, they are automatically unblocked 5 days after the failed purchase.
How do I pay via Ticket Restaurant Digitali – Edenred?: if you do not have an account on our e-commerce, which we recommend, just add your products to the cart. Then enter, on the Payment page, in addition to your data, the country ITALY. This makes the payment method via Ticket Restaurant Digitali – Edenred visible. Otherwise, it is possible that this method will not be displayed. If you have an account on our e-commerce and you entered your data during registration including the country ITALY, log in – also from the Payment page – to view the payment method via Ticket Restaurant Digitali – Edenred.
