Our intense fruity extra virgin olive oil, in the practical Bag in Box, is obtained from the Coratina and Peranzana cultivars. Its color is emerald green with golden reflections. Its smell is powerful and clean fruity of olive complemented by evident sensations of almond and artichoke. The sweet flavor is contrasted by accentuated notes of bitter and spicy. The Intenso is on the earth: perfect with bread, meats, wild vegetables and mushrooms, to name just a few.
Cold pressing takes place a few hours after the harvest, which takes place in company-owned olive groves between Andria and Cerignola, between October and December.
