Our intense fruity extra virgin olive oil is obtained from the Coratina and Peranzana cultivars. Its color is emerald green with golden reflections. Its smell is powerful and clean fruity olive complemented by evident sensations of almond and artichoke. The sweet flavor is contrasted by accentuated notes of bitter and spicy. The Intenso is on the earth, with the wheat of the bread, the meats, the wild vegetables and the mushrooms of Murgia, to name just a few.
Cold pressing takes place a few hours after the harvest, which takes place in company-owned olive groves between Andria and Cerignola, between October and December.
