ourorganic extra virgin olive oillight fruity, is obtained from the Ogliarola cultivar. Its color is green with yellow reflections. Its smell is light olive enriched by light aromas - hints - of herbs, flowers and green tomato. The flavor is sweet, with slightly accentuated bitter-spicy sensations, completed by a pleasant sensation of fresh almond. Our Organic, like the Light Fruity, accompanies the sea and its fish, light sauces and is excellent in pastry.
Cold pressing takes place a few hours after the harvest, which takes place in company-owned olive groves between Andria and Cerignola, between October and December.
