In order to preserve a precious good like tomatoes during the winter, when there were no jars (with a wide mouth) available but only glass bottles, tomatoes were cut into fillets. Thanks to this memory, grandmother Grazia suggested the creation of this unique and versatile version of tomatoes – tomato fillets– to which we add nothing else.
