Land of artichokes, Puglia, where the harvest takes place twice a year. A paradise.
The use of our extra virgin olive oil – of which we know the life, death and miracles – and spices according to a recipe as simple as it is jealously guarded allows us to build the explosive and comforting taste of our rustic artichokes in oil: like fireworks, whose pyrotechnics are a mystery, but whose shows surprise and entertain.
The artichokes, like all our products, are processed fresh in our cannery.
